Founded in 1992 by Sri M. Srinivasa Rao, Avanthi Educational Society aims to provide quality education to rural students. The society has expanded to various locations including Makavarapalem, Garividi, Tagarapuvalasa, Kavulavada, and Ravada.
The society offers a range of programs in Engineering, Pharmacy, and related fields, preparing students for career development and success.
Under Sri M. Srinivasa Rao's leadership, the society has become a recognized name in education, with Sri Rao also serving as an Ex-MLA and being known as "Avanthi Srinivasa Rao."

Dr. H. M. Dora
Dr. H. M. Dora is the Principal of APCB, holding a Bachelor's in Engineering from Andhra University, a Master's in Technology from JNTUK, and a Doctorate in Electrical Engineering from Andhra University. With over 23 years of teaching experience at both Indian and international institutions, he is a respected academic and administrator.
He has attended numerous national and international conferences and published more than 10 journals. His areas of research include Control Systems, Power System Monitoring, Smart Grids, Hybrid Vehicles, Solar Power MPPT, and Battery Management Systems.

Avanthi Educational Society, established in 1991, founded Avanthi Polytechnic College in 2013 with the goal of imparting the highest quality education in the North Coastal region of Andhra Pradesh. The college is situated in a serene 10.2-acre campus in Kavulavada, Bhogapuram, near the Bhogapuram International Airport, providing a coastal climate ideal for academic pursuits.
Currently, the college offers 4 diploma programs in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, and Electronics Engineering with an intake of 360 students. The institution emphasizes research, consultancy, and extension activities, motivating faculty to engage in continuous academic development.
